I pulled out my blender from the back of the cupboard recently and whizzed up three smoothies that are perfect to keep you hydrated while you enjoy in the spring sunshine.

For the cream
  1. 1/2 banana
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1 tbsp coconut cream
  4. 1/2 cup ice
For the strawberries
  1. 6 strawberries
  2. 1/2 cup ice
  3. 1/2 cup coconut water
Instructions
  1. Place all "cream" ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass.
  3. Place all "strawberries" ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into the same glass, swirling the two together.
