This is one my favourite parts — it’s where we really get to know each other.

I know we’ll get along just fine.

After receiving (with absolute delight) your message of interest in working with me, I’ll start to nut out the services you require. Then I’ll send you a quote, outlining your (very worthy) investment.

Feel free to take a look at the FAQs to see the responses to the most common questions I get asked.

Confident I’m the right girl for the job? Well of course I am!

Just say the word and I will send through (with gratitude) an invoice for the deposit payment to hold the next special spot for you in my project queue.

* Please note this deposit is non-refundable

There is typically a wait time between your deposit payment and the project starting — about two to three weeks, generally.

Let’s use it wisely!

This is the perfect time for you to prepare for our exciting project.  I will send you a link to my branding strategy or design questionnaire, which allows you to answer some powerful questions and ensure we are on the same page prior to the project start date.

This questionnaire gives you the chance to brainstorm and get clear on what you want. Dream big, baby.  It also provides me with invaluable information as we head into the design process.

If you are having a blog/website design created, this is also the time for you to work on the content for your site, such as your About and Contact pages.

You should also go ahead and purchase your domain and site hosting so it’s all ready to go when the project begins. I recommend SiteGround. I can also work with other domain and site hosting services, but cannot be sure the process will be smooth.

Pour a glass of bubbly! It’s happening! Let’s celebrate!

The time has come for us to get started.

First step — let’s stir up the creative juices and be inspired.

Creating a logo, brand or blog/website that amplifies who you are and what you do, begins with an inspiration board. A mood board for all of the things that move you.

I will set up a private Pinterest Board — just for our project— and invite you to join. Together, we’ll pin inspiration for your brand based on the responses to your questionnaire.

We’ll think about colour palette. Fonts. Branding that stirs you. Sites and blogs that captivate you. Images that reflect the look and feel of your desired logo, brand, blog or site.

It’s the visual launch point towards finding your own authentic brand.

Once we have established your inspiration board, I will then go into creative lockdown and get busy building the initial concepts for your logo or brand. This is my happy place.

The initial logo concepts will be based on our collaboration in the Pinterest mood board — a process that can take approximately 5 to 10 business days to complete.

You will then have the opportunity to review and request up to two rounds of revisions until you are beyond thrilled with your new logo design. We’ll make it perfect for you.

If we are working together on a complete Brand Board, this is when I will take your newly completed logo and expand it into a full brand guideline.

It’s a comprehensive suite of gorgeous elements that makes up your blog or business brand.

I will collate your logo, colour palette, fonts and inspiration photos, then add your secondary logo and design elements into a beautifully presented Branding Board.

You will have a chance to review and request up to two rounds of revisions on the final board. Once your approval is received and your final payment is made, I will package up your files and send them to you via a convenient DropBox link for download.

Simple, yes?

Your newly designed brand will now be implemented into social media cover graphics, business cards and any other Extras you have requested to give your brand a cohesive look.

It’s just another way for you to introduce your pretty lil’ baby to the world. You know, show her off.

Your print or web-ready files are delivered to you via DropBox.

Many of the steps above are also implemented when creating a blog or website design. In the initial stages, we will discuss inspiration and create a Pinterest Moodboard together and discuss theme options for which your design will be based.

By this time, you will have completed your website questionnaire and be working on completing all of your content for each page. All site photography and content is due prior to the site design process beginning.

During this step, I will mock-up the home page and all interior pages for you to review and approve.  Any delays in content may delay your project and bump it back in the workflow. Don’t be late!

Once the above is complete, your new, beautifully customised WordPress site will be ready to propel into the Universe! Your tribe is waiting and I know they’ll love it as much as we will.

I will provide you with simple, easy-to-follow instructions for basic use of your site.

And the best part? I will be available for up to four weeks for site support. I’m there for you. Just holler.

Each Logo and Brand design project takes approximately two to four weeks. Website/Blog Designs take between four to six weeks. Full brand projects (brand + web) typically take anywhere from two to three months.  All timeframe estimates are dependent upon the individual project, number/complexity of revisions, timeliness of client response and my current booking schedule.
